his firm, John's experience included over 18 years of

with privately held businesses. He has extensive experience in
developing creative tax planning strategies for privately held
businesses and their owners. Numerous tax compliance and consulting
engagements resulted in significant permanent tax savings for
clients. John has a strong technical background, excellent
analytical capabilities and a proven ability to interface with
customers, vendors, attorneys, and bankers on behalf of his clients.
While a supervisor at the national certified public accounting firm
of
Fox & Company, John was responsible for the tax and accounting
aspects for numerous medium and small business entities including
multi-state commerce. In addition, John was controller and
CFO for a regional distributor and was responsible for computer
services, cash management, employee benefit plans and the day to day
controllership functions.
