in 1979 when Dan Kosmatka decided to purchase the Medford branch of
his former employer, Deloitte Haskins & Sells, a “Big 8” accounting
firm. Together with Dennis Donnelly and Michael Gohde, they grew the
firm into one of the largest accounting firms in Southern
Oregon—employing a full team of highly trained professional
accounting and technical specialists.
We are a local Certified Public Accounting and Wealth
Management firm, established in 1979, providing services for clients
in southern Oregon, northern California and with clients scattered
