Western Vista was chartered in 1940 as Wytel Federal Credit Union,
in Cheyenne, Wyoming for the employees and families of Mountain
States Telephone and Telegraph Company, and individuals employed by
affiliates of the telephone company. Many products and services have
been added over the years, making the Credit Union a "full service"
financial institution. Several other Credit Unions were merged into
our field of membership over the years.

Western Vista is a full service financial institution with offices
in Casper and Cheyenne, Wyoming. We service over 150 employee groups
and organizations around the State of Wyoming. Please see the who

We offer nearly every type of savings and loan products, including
first mortgages. Members can apply and obtain any type of first
mortgage product such as FHA, VA, WCDA, Conventional, and
Non-conventional type mortgages. You can expect to be treated with
